Attention: Ambitious, multi-tasking women…

Discover How To Rebalance Your Body And Achieve All Day Energy Using This Simple Food And Movement System Developed Especially For Women Who Struggle To Just Get Through The Day…Without Ever Having To Step Foot In The Gym.

… In just 7 weeks you’ll feel more in control of your appetite and be able to calmly handle most stressful situations using the food, movement and breathing techniques I’ll share with you.

• You’re a giver by nature. You’ve got a burning desire to make a contribution to the world, so you multi-task, accommodate and sometimes (ok, often) take on too much.

• You’re good at juggling your schedule, and your boss/clients, friends and family love having you around because you’re smart, caring and committed to the best outcome for everyone.

When you’re starving, stressed-out and exhausted, you can’t show up fully for your loved ones, or yourself. Instead, you sit on the sidelines in YOUR OWN LIFE.

This leaves you feeling impatient and frustrated, so you don’t respond to life in your usual loving and kind way.

• You’ve got a lot on the go and it’s hard to keep it all together. You find yourself grabbing a protein (or chocolate) bar, at fast-food drive-thrus, or reaching for that extra cup of coffee, more often than you care to admit.

• By the end of the day you’re tired and cooking a meal seems like a lot of work, so you give in to your cravings, eat something tasty, and call it a night.

There’s even some guilt and shame you feel because you know you could be making better choices for yourself and your family.

But where would you begin?

It’s not like you don’t know a thing or two about nutrition, but there’s so much conflicting information out there it’s hard to make sense of it all. How do you know if your choices are right? Or if they’ll lead to the results you want for your body? More importantly, how do you fit these habits into your schedule when they feel like just another “to-do?”

Then again, you wonder if maybe it would be easier if you felt happier with your body; if you made it to the gym more often, if clothes fit you like they do the store mannequin. That would make you feel better…that would somehow give you the confidence to have (and keep) “it all” together, and maybe even make you like the taste of kale.

The worst part? It takes time and energy away from you making the meaningful contribution to the world that you long for.

I get it — I was there too…

Hi, I’m Selina. For as long as I can remember eating felt uncomfortable– my stomach hurt and it felt like I was constantly painfully bloated. I thought I was making good choices, but I still felt hungry, tired, and out of control with food cravings.

My body and I were at odds; I barely had the energy to make it through the day, let alone put my ideas into action. I was young, ambitious, and frustrated.

Mentally, I was consumed with feeling “fat,” counting calories, and denying or being ashamed of my cravings

I felt tired all the time and when I did manage to get myself up, I had to face a closet full of clothes that were too big, too tight or didn’t feel flattering. I wanted to curl up someplace dark and hide.

For a long time, I did.

But the painful truth kept gnawing at me—I know I’m here to make a significant contribution to the world. I couldn’t do that from my dark bedroom, or with my lack of energy.

Yoga gave me a way out. It taught me to listen to my body, be gentle with myself, and to practice non-judgement. As I became more in touch with my body I could tell something was off. Within a few years, I’d discovered my gluten intolerance, studied to become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist & Health Coach, and used daily practices to transform my way of cooking, eating, and relating to food and my body.

Finally, I can maintain a consistent body weight so I can buy and wear clothes I love! My confidence is back, my relationships are strong, I love and respect my body and feel more comfortable in my skin.

That’s exactly what I want for you and why I created the Eats & Asana course—I want you to love your body and be energetic so you can make your mark on the world.

That’s exactly what I want for you and why I created the Eats & Asana course—I want you to love your body and be energetic so you can make your mark on the world.

My struggle with food motivated me to study Yoga and Holistic Nutrition and I’ve combined my years of learning and self-discovery into a 7-week course to make it easy for you.

The Eats & Asana Course is the food education no one gets, but everyone needs! Plus, a dash of practical yoga tools and a sprinkle of self-love.

→    Have all-day energy,

→   Feel in control of your food and life,

→   Walk tall with confidence and loving your body,

…it all begins with getting in touch with yourself.

The Eats & Asana Course is a food and movement system that will show you how to create a healthy relationship with your body and food so you can make choices based on your needs and desires, and maybe, just maybe, put yourself first.

What would life be like if, in a few short weeks from now…

You have a new relationship with food. Suddenly cooking and eating are enjoyable. You feel confident in your food choices and have more energy to spend on the people and things you love most. Plus, you feel prepared to handle your busiest weeks with confidence that you won’t “fall off the wagon anytime something unexpected pops into your schedule.

You’re mindful about your food choices and have an increased awareness of what feels good (and not so good) in your body. Making food choices feels easy; your drive to be healthy is motivated from within, instead of by fear or negative thoughts.

Your body is your friend and you two are rocking it. Yoga and meditation practices led you to a deeper relationship with yourself, one based on self-love and self-respect. You feel confident, walk tall, and find it easier to put yourself first. You make smart food choices in social situations because you are in tune with what you truly desire.

Of searching, reading, trial and error, and practicing yoga to figure out how to interpret the cues from my body so I could resolve my food cravings, bloating, and fatigue and figure out how to give myself what I need. In that time, I studied to become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and a Registered Yoga teacher.

In the last 4 years, I’ve been working with clients 1 on 1 helping them to have more energy, cook healthy meals, resolve food intolerances, improve their mood, and heal their bodies with food and yoga. I’ve combined everything I learned and tested on myself and my clients into The Eats & Asana Course. It’s a comprehensive 7-week food and movement system ready to help you have more energy, feel confident in your food choices, and love the way you look and feel in your body.

The Eats & Asana Course will help you to:

Make healthy choices with confidence so you look good and feel good more often.

Create delicious, healthy meals that are quick, easy, and make healthy eating fit into even the busiest schedule.

Understand the science of nutrition so you know what to eat, when, and how to deliver it to your body with love.

Become stronger, more flexible, and feel oh so good in your body so you’ll want to move more and sit less.

Improve your digestion with proper food combinations, yoga poses and breathing techniques so you have more energy to put toward the things you love.

Create a deeper understanding of your body’s signals through yoga and meditation so you know how to take care of your needs.

Use yoga to calm your mind, reduce stress, and improve digestion so you can be present and enjoy life more.

Phase out unhealthy foods with ease, while still feeling happy and satisfied, so you feel light and energetic every day.

You may look beautiful on the outside, but it’s the inside that’s important. Selina can help you get to where you need to be: healthy.” -Katherine Leblanc, Sudbury

“It’s been life changing! Selina is the kindest, most non-judgmental person of life! I felt comfortable enough to share myself and so I could learn and grow in a safe space.” -Jessica Laliberte, Sudbury

It took me 10 years to learn everything I’m sharing with you in this course. I spent nearly a decade of my life with low energy, fumbling to find answers to my health questions, experiencing uncomfortable symptoms like stomach pain and bloating, all the while not knowing what my body was asking for.

I went through all of that, made the mistakes, and created a system for you to follow so it doesn’t have to take you as long. I created the Eats & Asana course to teach you, and guide you, through the system that will lead you to more energy, peace of mind, and love for your body that people can see on your face when you walk into a room.

My biggest wish is for you to have confidence with food so you love your body and have the energy to make your mark on the world.

Are you ready to put an end to:

  • Feeling tired, stressed out, and stretched thin by trying to keep up with everything you have on your plate.
  • Food cravings that have you sneaking out of the house once the sun goes down, and feeling bloated, uncomfortable, and ashamed once the sun comes up.
  • Being last on your priority list and having to use the energy that’s left over, after helping everyone else, to do the things that light you up.
  • Worrying about what to eat, and then worrying about what you ate, all the while not putting your focus where it needs to be for you to thrive.

The best part is you’ll never need a doctor or anyone to tell you how food should make you feel ever again. Because you’ll know for yourself.

100% Money Back Guarantee

It’s ok to want to try something new without the risk. If you show up and participate in the sessions and by the end of the program you don’t feel it has delivered on its promise, you’ll get your money back. All of it. No questions asked. You can even keep the manual ($99 value).

“For the first time, I am taking a holistic approach to my health. The Eats & Asana course helped me create a foundation for healthy living. With Selina’s guidance and support, I now have a new relationship with body, mind, and food. It has, quite simply, changed my life. My body feels better, my stress level has dramatically decreased, I feel more confident and knowledgeable with my food choices. I’m so proud of my accomplishments and my conscious choice to be accountable for what I put in my body.”

“Before Eats & Asana I just wasn’t sure I was making good choices with my food. What I learned gave me confidence. Now I know I’m eating well and I have a lot more energy. My biggest takeaway was learning how to manage my energy throughout the day, using food and yoga practices. I see a big improvement in my productivity and even my happiness. I’m really grateful for having taken this course.”

What diet/eating style does Eats & Asana use?

Eats & Asana uses a whole food approach. There isn’t one diet that suits everyone. It’s much more important to learn how food is received by the body and the effects of different foods on your system. From there you can listen to your body and create your own eating style according to what’s best for you. There are a variety of recipes shared in the course including those that are gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, paleo, etc.

What happens if I have to miss a session?

At the beginning of the course, you’ll receive a course manual with the notes, handouts, and resources for each week. If you’re unable to make it to one of the classes, you can follow along with the material and still complete your food log for Selina to review next session. You can still tune into the mid-week Office Hour check-ins via Facebook Live where we’ll recap and build on our knowledge each week. Any questions you have while you’re away can be posed in the Eats & Asana Community Facebook group.

I’m new to yoga, can I still join?

Yes, absolutely. Yoga classes will be taught according to the level of the participants. The beauty of yoga is that it offers something for everyone. Listen to your body and do what feels right for you, even if that means coming out of a pose and focusing on breathing instead.

Can men join too?

Absolutely! A number of men have taken the Eats & Asana course (sometimes alongside their wives) and have seen great successes. This really is an eating and movement system that works for anyone willing to put the recommendations into practice.

Will recipes be provided?

Yes, you will receive access to a digital library of recipes from Selina Rose, RHN as well as her recipe recommendations from her favourite online foodies.

Do I have to keep a food log?

Yes, you do. For the 4-week course, food logs will be kept for the 4 weeks (starting the week prior to the course). Urban Retreat participants will have the opportunity for Selina to review 2 weeks of food logs (one before, and one after the course). All logs will be submitted to Selina at the session and she will provide comments and personal feedback for you. This is one of the most valuable parts of the course. The format of the course allows you to receive personal feedback from a registered holistic nutritionist for a fraction of the cost of a personal session. To make the most of the course it is highly recommended that you complete your logs and submit them.

I still have questions...
